- Message Content: Stored temporarily and routinely purged after resolution.

- Sending “STOP” (or similar) to our WhatsApp bot.
- Blocking our WhatsApp number and contacting us to confirm deletion.
We aim to complete deletions within a few business days and confirm once done.

- Withdraw Consent / Opt-Out of further messages.
